General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationships between the company DC Communication, located at 9 rue de la gravière Z.I in Béria 39130 Clairvaux les lacs FRANCE, and the customer, within the framework of the sale of clothing and personalised items with our own original or neutral creations offered on the website www.dccommunication-jura.fr. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

3. Object
The present T&Cs aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of clothing and personalised items with our own original or neutral creations via the site www.dccommunication-jura.fr.

4. Products offered
DC Communication offers a variety of clothing and personalised or neutral items. The descriptions, prices, and characteristics of the products are available on the site. The images of the products are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly.

5. Order
The order is validated when the customer has made the payment and received a confirmation email. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when creating their account and placing the order.

6. Prices and Payment
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Delivery charges are indicated at the time of the order. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

7. Withdrawal period

In accordance with current legislation, for non-personalised products purchased remotely, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (notably by embroidery, flocking, printing, or custom marking) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. This exclusion does not apply in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

For non-customised products, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned unused, in new condition and in its original state. The customer may request an exchange or, when exercising their right of withdrawal, a refund in accordance with applicable legislation.

Returns can be made directly in-store or by postal delivery. For returns made by post, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. After receipt and verification of the returned product, when a refund is due, it will be processed by DC Communication within 3 days.

8. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering. DC Communication is committed to dispatching products as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.

9. Liability
DC Communication is responsible for the proper execution of its obligations in accordance with applicable legislation. The liability of DC Communication cannot be engaged in the event of improper use of the product by the customer or in cases of force majeure. These provisions do not limit the legal rights of the consumer, particularly those relating to the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

10. Personal data
The personal data collected during the order is necessary for its processing. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data in accordance with current legislation.

11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Lons le Saunier.

12. Modifications of the T&Cs

DC Communication reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of the order.
